<h3>November 2023 EGM</h3>
<p>This is an opportunity for members to join the commitee and help run the society. At this EGM, we are electing one role.</p>

<p>Secretary - responsible for the administration of the society. Specifically, this includes arranging meetings, taking minutes and organising the society's documents</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Webmaster - responsible for updating the societies' website and managing the core services on our VM, making session posts on social and taking regular backups of our VM, and liasing with the Technical officer to manage the VM and ensure it is kept in working order.</p>

<h3>Member Talks</h3>
<p>Following the EGM, the floor openes to members of the society to give brief, 10-minute talks on areas of cyber security that interested them.</p>

<p>      <em>Seen a news article and wanted to show us? Be our guest!</em></p>
<p>      <em>Want to discuss something we don't have a session planned for? Absolutely!</em></p>
<p>It is common in the industry - especially in consultancy - to talk about your research work or findings of a penetration test. If you're not confident with public speaking, this is a great opportunity to practice your skills! Those who take part will recieve a flag worth 15 points on our flag tracker.</p>
